There are two sections to the resources: first, important flood information before and during a flood  (see below):

It also includes a resource for those who want to prepare their own community flood plan in Cardiff.  There are links to the NRW website and documents developed by the Severn Grove, Romilly Crescent and Conway Road Community Flood Plan group such as a template for a flood plan, leaflets, notices and a process and outcome report on a community drop in event. In an emergency

  • Call the emergency services 999
    • The police have general control and co-ordination of response
    • Ambulance service for medical assistance
    • Fire and rescue service
  • Call the RSPCA emergency line 0300 1234 999 for animal rescues. Do not put your life or someone else’s life in danger to attempt an animal rescue
